Terms and Conditions — 777 Stake Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of 777 Stake, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 777 Stake.

Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 777 Stake will notify registered players of material changes via email where reasonably practicable.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and play on 777 Stake, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777 Stake strictly prohibits gambling by persons under 18 and takes all reasonable measures to prevent underage access.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust or other legal structure) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be prohibited from gambling in your country of residence or physical location by applicable law.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, director or close family member of any employee of 777 Stake or its partners.

777 Stake reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account, including withholding of any funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on 777 Stake. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different identity details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number and any other details requested. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777 Stake account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any other person. 777 Stake will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain appropriate security. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact 777 Stake support immediately at support@777stake.ws.

3.4 Account Currency

All 777 Stake accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, bets, winnings and withdrawals are processed in PKR. Amounts referenced in these Terms use the notation Rs (e.g., Rs 1,000).

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777 Stake accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank Transfer — IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on 777 Stake is Rs 200. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though 777 Stake reserves the right to apply transaction limits based on individual account activity or payment provider restrictions.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited to your 777 Stake account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. IBFT bank transfers and card deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times. 777 Stake does not charge any deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.4 Funds Belong to You

All funds deposited into your 777 Stake account remain your property. 777 Stake holds player funds in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds. This means your balance is protected against 777 Stake's own financial obligations.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Processing

777 Stake is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically completed within 2–5 minutes of request submission. Bank IBFT transfers are processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

5.2 Verification Requirement

777 Stake may require identity and payment verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) procedure. Players should ensure their account verification is complete to avoid delays.

5.3 Withdrawal to Deposit Method

Withdrawals will normally be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is a standard fraud prevention measure. If your original payment method is unavailable, contact our support team to arrange an alternative.

5.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. If your balance is below this amount, you may continue playing until your balance meets the threshold.

5.5 Withdrawal Refusal

777 Stake reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request if: (a) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) identity verification is outstanding; (c) bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) there is a pending investigation into account activity. In such cases, 777 Stake will communicate the reason for the delay within 48 hours.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

All bonuses and promotional offers on 777 Stake are subject to specific terms that accompany each offer. General bonus eligibility rules include: the player must have a verified account; only one bonus can be active at any time unless otherwise stated; bonuses are only available to players who have not previously held a 777 Stake account.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on 777 Stake are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus (or any winnings derived from the bonus) may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified clearly in the individual promotion terms. Using bonus funds on games with a significantly reduced contribution rate towards wagering (e.g., certain table games) without checking the promotion terms is the player's own risk.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing coordinated bets with other players to guarantee a win regardless of outcome (arbitrage), or using bots or automated software — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7. Sports & Cricket Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets on 777 Stake are subject to acceptance by the platform. 777 Stake reserves the right to refuse, void or limit any bet at its discretion, including where there is evidence of suspicious betting patterns, where odds were published in error, or where market integrity concerns exist.

7.2 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted based on live match data feeds. Bets placed after the event of a market has already occurred (e.g., a wicket has fallen before the "next wicket" bet was accepted by the system) will be voided. The time recorded by 777 Stake's system is the definitive reference for in-play bet timing.

7.3 Match Abandonment

If a cricket match or other sporting event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled before reaching the minimum qualifying criteria for settlement (as defined in the specific sport rules), all bets on that match will be void and stakes returned. For T20 matches, a minimum of 10 overs per side (where both innings are started) is typically required. Full sport-specific abandonment rules are available in our FAQ section.

7.4 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled based on the official result as announced by the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB, ICC, FIFA). Unofficial sources, broadcast scores or social media updates are not used for settlement purposes. In the event of an official result revision, 777 Stake will re-settle affected bets accordingly.

7.5 Maximum Winnings

777 Stake applies maximum winnings limits per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet placement interface before confirmation. Any winnings exceeding the applicable limit will be reduced to the maximum stated amount.

8. Casino Game Rules

All casino games offered on 777 Stake — including Roulette, Poker, Ludo Games, Aviator and live dealer games — operate under their respective individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface.

8.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All RNG-based casino games on 777 Stake use certified random number generators that are regularly tested and audited for fairness. The outcome of every game is completely independent of previous outcomes. No patterns, strategies or external factors influence RNG results.

8.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, wheels, dice) operated by real dealers in a professional studio environment. Results are final once announced by the dealer. Disputes regarding live dealer game outcomes must be submitted to 777 Stake support within 24 hours of the game round in question.

8.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection or software error during a game round, 777 Stake will attempt to reconstruct the game state from server logs. If the round cannot be accurately reconstructed, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. Winnings from a clearly malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on 777 Stake and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account per person
• Providing false identity or payment information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated betting with other players to guarantee outcomes
• Using funds derived from illegal activity on the platform (money laundering)
• Harassing, threatening or abusing 777 Stake staff or other players
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or the backend systems of 777 Stake
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate any game, market or event on the platform
• Allowing a third party to use your 777 Stake account

10. Responsible Gaming

777 Stake takes its responsibility towards player wellbeing extremely seriously. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable, recreational activity — and we are committed to providing the tools and support that help Pakistani players stay in control.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777 Stake account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps that prevent overspending
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a set duration
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks)
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request exclusion from marketing communications
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications showing time spent and net gaming position during a session

11. Account Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may close your 777 Stake account at any time by contacting customer support at support@777stake.ws. Upon account closure request, any pending bets will be settled normally and any remaining balance (after all outstanding wagering requirements are considered) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

11.2 Termination by 777 Stake

777 Stake reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period
• A player self-excluding or requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for 12 consecutive months is considered dormant. 777 Stake will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Dormancy maintenance fees, if applied, will not reduce the balance below zero.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on 777 Stake — including but not limited to the platform design, software, graphics, text, logos, game assets, data and audio-visual elements — is the property of 777 Stake or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, scrape, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of 777 Stake without explicit written permission.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

777 Stake collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on 777 Stake, you consent to the collection, use and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, verify your identity, process payments, and comply with legal obligations including anti-money laundering regulations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is protected with industry-standard encryption and access controls.

14. Limitation of Liability

777 Stake's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rs 50,000.

In no event shall 777 Stake be liable for:

• Loss of profits or winnings anticipated but not received
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
• Loss or corruption of data
• Interruption of service due to network failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
• Actions of third-party payment providers

Nothing in these Terms limits 777 Stake's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

777 Stake reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Your continued use of 777 Stake after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should close your account before the revision date.
